Ingredients:


1 (3-pound) boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup ground cumin

1/4 cup dried oregano

1/4 cup garlic powder

1/4 cup onion powder

1/4 cup salt

1/4 cup black pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

12 corn tortillas

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:


In a large bowl, combine pork, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, white vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Add cayenne pepper, brown sugar, gochujang, and sesame oil and stir to combine.

Marinate pork in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or up to overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade.

Add pork to skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Transfer pork to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
